challenge:

Design a prototype of a product that helps close the gender gap using emerging technology.

Solution:

Teaming up with the American Association of University Women (AAUW) and a NASA engineer, Variable Labs translated AAUW’s salary negotiation curriculum and methodology to an interactive virtual reality application so women have an accessible, safe space to practice techniques with a virtual employer and gain the confidence and language for a variety of negotiation scenarios that lead to higher salaries.
